Which is beneficial? Milk tea or color tea?

I want a cup of tea to drive away laziness in the corner, in the classroom or in the office.  Someone has a habit of reading the daily newspaper with a sip of a cup of tea.  After all, someone chooses color tea to keep themselves fit.  Many people prefer milk tea to taste.

Most people do not know what kind of tea is more acceptable for the body.  In a study, a team of researchers from the University of Berlin in Germany allowed 16 women to drink colored tea once and milk tea once.  Then each time their blood vessel dilation is measured by ultrasound method.  In this experiment, color tea causes blood vessels to dilate.  Dilation of blood vessels is very important in controlling hypertension and heart disease.  Catechins in tea play an important role in dilating blood vessels.

Milk tea on the other hand fails to cause blood vessel dilation.  This is because milk contains a substance called casein which interferes with the catechins in tea.  As a result, when milk is mixed with tea, the ability of the blood vessels to dilate disappears at once.  Researchers at the US Department of Agriculture found that tea released 15 times more insulin than normal cells.  Insulin secretion is important in controlling diabetes.  But when milk is mixed with tea, the rate of insulin release decreases.  If 50 grams of milk is added to the tea, then the release of insulin is reduced by 90%.  So those who want to control their weight can see how many calories in any tea.

Color tea without milk sugar = 2 calories

Color tea with 1 teaspoon of sugar = 16 calories

Tea with 1 teaspoon of sugar and milk = 26 calories

Thus, color tea is highly effective in controlling hypertension, heart disease, diabetes and weight, not milk tea.

thanks all.
